Negotiating is something all lawyers do. Whether they are litigators negotiating a settlement or plea bargain or they are commercial lawyers negotiating a contract or a lease, they are negotiating.
This webinar offers some thoughts on how to do it better, to get better results for your client and greater satisfaction for yourself. We will look at:
• The Basic Rules of successful negotiating;
• Negotiating Styles; and
• The negotiator’s key tools.
The webinar is for both young lawyers who want to learn new skills and experienced lawyers who are looking for additional skills for an already established armoury.
The webinar will also touch on the skills needed to prepare a client to negotiate on their own behalf.
Take the opportunity to learn whilst you lunch – the session can be viewed from your desk top or set up in your boardroom.
