As Chair of the EWOWC Committee of the newly formed Australasian Cyber Law Institute, Carol and the committee are advocating and supporting for the continued implementation and regulatory changes to enable the Covid-19 implemented process and practices to be imbedded into the future of on-line wills and witnessing.
Carol will provide an overview as to where each state is up to regarding the processes, the pitfalls and lessons learned to date as well as demonstrate how to overcome them and ensure that any of your on-line witnessed documents are actually accepted in court.
