Laurie Warnick is MacDonnells Law’s new Austlaw liaison partner. Laurie has more than 25 years property industry experience. He heads the MacDonnells Law Property Group and is a senior member of the firm’s commercial law and wills and estates practices.
Laurie’s property expertise encompasses commercial real estate, flat land subdivision and development, residential developments, town planning, and the sale and leasing of commercial and residential sites. His skills range from project structuring and risk identification and management through to project management and joint ventures.
He also has a special focus on business development in the pharmacy sector, particularly pharmacy acquisitions, financing, partnership arrangements and business structuring.
