Nicole Jackson

Nicole assists Estate Executors to manage all the issues and obligations placed on them under a Will. She expertly guides them through the Probate process, assisting them with the administration of the Will. This includes the division of assets among beneficiaries, dealing with funeral directors, creditors, and all providing all documentation along the way to facilitate the fulfillment of the deceased’s wishes.

Where there is no Will, Nicole facilitates the settlement of the estate with Letters of Administration and the settlement of all outstanding affairs.

Nicole has extensive experience in complex estate matters including verification and passing of accounts.Her sensitivity and compassion ensures that the experience of executors and beneficiaries alike is as stress free as possible.

Recognising that for many clients they are facing an unfamiliar and difficult process at a time when they are most vulnerable.

Nicole has the knowledge and experience to operate in both the New South Wales and Victorian jurisdictions. She holds an Associate Degree in Law, is a Justice of the Peace and Licensed Conveyancer in New South Wales.

Outside of the office, Nicole and her family are involved in the many sporting opportunities that this region provides. She is a player, committee member and Life Member of the Parkland Tennis Club, as well as a committee member of Netball Wodonga Inc.

Nicole loves her early morning personal training sessions and participates in local events such as the Nail Can Hill Run. She is a devotee of clean and healthy eating to support her very active lifestyle.
