Elizabeth is an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law who joined MCW Lawyers as a civil litigation solicitor in 2008. She was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia in 2002. She is an Approved Lawyer for the Independent Legal Assistance and Review Service (ILARS) administered by the Workers Compensation Independent Review Office (WIRO).
Elizabeth provides her clients with practical and realistic advice on their legal rights in a compassionate and down to earth manner.
She does this by drawing on her previous experience representing defendant insurers in a busy city practice in all areas and at all levels of personal injury litigation (Commission, Tribunal, and Court) as well as her experience in equity, estate, criminal, and employment litigation, and commercial contractual drafting and negotiations.
Elizabeth primarily assists those who have suffered a personal injury as a result of an accident or the negligence of another party whether in the course of their employment, in a motor vehicle accident or on public or private property.
Elizabeth helps her clients to understand and navigate the often complex processes required in order for them to rebuild their lives following these adverse circumstances including the physical, emotional and financial consequences of those often tragic events.
She is a passionate advocate who believes that hard work, determination and attention to detail produces the best possible outcome for her clients.
